Gems of Geneva

Our “Gems of Geneva” program celebrates our ties to this wonderful city by bringing some of its most distinctive shops and businesses to GreenFields for special presentations, tastings and exclusive offerings. And in turn, our residents help support these local organizations through shopping trips, online purchases and community outings.

It’s a fun and rewarding experience for everyone. “Gems of Geneva” is another part of our extensive life-enriching activities and lifelong learning programming. Our partners include: Cocoa Bean Fine Desserts, Del Barrio, Geneva Wine Cellars, Hahn’s Bakery, Kernel's Gourmet Popcorn, Penrose Brewery, Liz & Kate Boutique, Geneva History Museum and Villa Verone.

Tanna Farms & Mill Creek Golf Course

At GreenFields, you don’t just get great golf course views, you get exclusive access to two nearby courses. We recently partnered with both Tanna Farms Golf Club and Mill Creek Golf Club to provide complimentary golf for all new and current residents throughout the summer.

Tanna Farms is a par-71, 18-hole course that plays to 6,510 yards from the back tees offering a unique and challenging experience. Designed by renowned golf architect, Roy Case, Mill Creek’s 18 holes boast rolling hills, multi-tiered greens, and breathtaking views.

Partnership details include:

FREE 18 holes of golf plus cart
Mondays and Tuesdays (excluding holidays)
Every Summer- Memorial Day through Labor Day
Guests receive 1/2 price green fees

As a GreenFields resident, you’ll enjoy a complimentary membership to the nearby Northwestern Medicine Delnor Health and Fitness Center (DHFC). This is not your typical health club. Part of Northwestern Medicine Delnor– Illinois’ top-rated hospital – DHFC is a state-of-the-art medically integrated fitness center and the only certified Medical Fitness Association (MFA) facility in the area. DHFC employs degreed and certified fitness specialists and instructors who are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness and health goals.
